About the role

Energiebau‑Sunergy Ghana Ltd, a leading solar energy solutions provider in West Africa, is seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer to join its expanding team. You will work on the design, construction and optimisation of solar power generation plants, ensuring they operate at peak efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Set up new installation teams and provide on‑the‑job technical direction and training.
• Design, construct and commission solar power generation systems and plants.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to achieve optimal functioning levels.
• Maintain a hands‑on approach, balancing field work with desk‑based engineering tasks.

Required profile

• Thorough knowledge of industrial electrical engineering principles.
• Strong interest in solar energy generation technologies.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a field team.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
