Enterprise Architect – Technology (5‑8 yrs experience)

About the role

The Enterprise Architect (Technology) will shape both current and future state technology capability architectures, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with business objectives. Working closely with the Senior Enterprise Architect, you will translate business requirements into robust architecture artefacts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop current and future state technology capability architectures that comply with enterprise standards.
• Coordinate architecture change requests, ensuring integration with existing systems and adherence to security protocols.
• Maintain governance compliance with internal frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Use EA tools such as Orbus iServer and modelling languages like ArchiMate to create and manage architecture models.
• Continuously optimise architectures for scalability, resilience and performance.
• Provide advisory support and respond to architecture work requests, aligning solutions with business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in technology, security or enterprise architecture within large‑scale environments.
• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL or PMP are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with EA modelling tools (e.g., Orbus iServer).
• Experience using ArchiMate for architecture modelling.
• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, ITIL or PMP methodologies.
