Enterprise Business Unit Director

About the role

The Enterprise Business Unit Director will lead Telecel’s Business and Wholesale segment, shaping strategy, driving growth and ensuring profitability across large corporates, SMEs, public sector, NGOs and carrier customers. The role transforms traditional connectivity services into a portfolio of integrated ICT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise business strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities across all enterprise segments.
• Lead the shift from pure telco services to integrated ICT offerings such as cloud, managed services, IoT and cybersecurity.
• Own P&L, delivering revenue, EBITDA and market‑share targets.
• Build and manage high‑performance sales teams, set KPIs and ensure robust sales governance.
• Strengthen indirect channels, oversee bid management and explore cross‑border wholesale opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, technology and partner teams to design market‑relevant solutions.
• Maintain strong relationships with key enterprise clients, improve NPS and ensure SLA compliance.
• Establish strategic alliances with technology providers and manage commercial partnerships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and ethical business practices.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in enterprise‑focused telecom or ICT businesses.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies and drive revenue growth.
• Strong P&L ownership with a track record of achieving EBITDA targets.
• Experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary sales and channel teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with public‑sector and corporate customers.
