Enterprise Sales Lead (B2B)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Lead to drive growth by acquiring and managing high‑value enterprise accounts across regulated sectors such as financial services, telecommunications, oil & gas, government and healthcare. The role involves full‑cycle sales, senior‑level engagement and consistent revenue delivery through consultative selling and strategic account management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and win new enterprise clients, building a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from initial outreach to contract closure.
• Develop and nurture relationships with senior executives and key decision‑makers.
• Deliver tailored presentations, proposals and demos that address customer challenges and demonstrate ROI.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline performance metrics.
• Identify upsell, cross‑sell and renewal opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Gather market intelligence, monitor industry trends and represent the company at events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS, cybersecurity or enterprise technology solutions.
• Proven track record of closing complex, high‑value deals and engaging C‑suite stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
