Entry-Level Podcast Technician

About the role

The Podcast Technician supports the production of a regular podcast series by handling all technical aspects, from studio preparation to final upload. This entry‑level position is ideal for candidates with a passion for audio‑visual media and a keen eye for detail.

Key responsibilities

• Set up cameras, microphones, lighting and other recording equipment before each session and test functionality.
• Record and monitor podcast sessions, ensuring clear audio and high‑quality video.
• Edit recorded footage to produce a clean, professional final video, removing errors and improving flow.
• Upload finished episodes to designated social media platforms, adding titles and basic descriptions.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of cameras, audio equipment, and lighting.
• Ability to operate video editing software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet consistent deadlines.
