Executive Assistant

About the role

Last Mile Health is seeking an Executive Assistant to support three senior leaders in Accra, Ghana. The role provides high‑level administrative, operational and strategic assistance, ensuring leaders can focus on impact‑driven work across a global health organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for the President & Chief Program Officer, Deputy Chief Program Officer and Managing Director, coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing agendas and tracking action items.
• Arrange global travel to program countries and international events, handling flight bookings, visa applications, accommodations and related documentation.
• Process expense reports, credit‑card reconciliations and per‑diem calculations, and support financial administration for business trips.
• Maintain shared task trackers, monitor deliverables against quarterly milestones and assist with team retreats and special projects.
• Facilitate communication across time zones, anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to keep the executive office running smoothly.

Required profile

• Exceptional organizational and proactive mindset, thriving in fast‑paced, global environments.
• Currently residing in Ghana and authorized to work there.
• Experience supporting senior leaders, managing complex schedules and coordinating international travel.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and capacity to handle confidential information.
