Executive Driver

About the role

The Executive Driver is a full-time, on-site position based in Ghana, providing safe and reliable transportation for company leadership and guests. The driver must maintain a high standard of professionalism and discretion at all times.

Key responsibilities

• Drive executives to meetings and site visits, ensuring timely arrival and planning routes
• Inspect and maintain the assigned vehicle, coordinate fueling and routine servicing, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly
• Assist with loading and unloading items when required
• Handle basic trip documentation and communicate with the office about schedules and changes
• Follow traffic regulations, company safety policies and security protocols

Required profile

• Valid Class B license or equivalent
• Clean driving record and strong knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
• Proven reliability, punctuality and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings and weekends
• Prior experience as an executive, corporate or professional driver is highly preferred
