The role suits someone with a strong network in the Ghanaian healthcare sector, particularly within IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) and medical supplies, and a proven track record in sales and team management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Ghana market.
• Manage, train and mentor the internal sales team to achieve high performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution channels and key clients.
• Promote and sell the portfolio of diagnostic analyzers, reagents and consumables.
• Achieve sales targets and drive overall business growth.

Required profile

• Strong, established network within the Ghana IVD and medical industry.
• Strong network within the broader Ghana healthcare sector.
• Proven track record in sales team management and leadership.
• Fluency in English and a deep understanding of the local healthcare landscape in Ghana.
