About the role
The Experienced Cook position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Ghana, responsible for preparing a variety of dishes to high culinary standards.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes, portion standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean workstation, ensure food safety and hygiene, and manage inventory and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to deliver timely service during peak hours.
- Contribute to menu planning and adapt recipes based on customer feedback.
Required profile
- Strong culinary skills with experience in local and international cuisine.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and kitchen sanitation practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, managing time and multitasking.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Food preparation, plating and portion control.
- Basic inventory control and stock management.
