Export Customer Service Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Export Customer Service Supervisor to lead our export‑focused customer service team for the European and US markets. The role bridges international customers, Chinese agents and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing, documentation and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee export customer service operations for the assigned European and US markets.
• Serve as the primary liaison between international customers and Chinese agents to guarantee clear communication and service delivery.
• Coordinate export documentation, compliance and logistics to achieve timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor shipments, proactively resolve delays or issues.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by handling inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally.
• Prepare and analyse export sales reports to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Assist the Market Manager in implementing customer‑service strategies aligned with export objectives.
• Train, mentor and supervise junior customer service team members.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in export customer service, logistics or international trade.
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems.
• Expertise in handling export documentation and compliance.
• Familiarity with INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations.
