Facility Officer

About the role

The Facility Officer will oversee the upkeep and smooth operation of our factory premises, dormitory areas, and surrounding grounds. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that all building systems, assets, and services meet safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled maintenance for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and supervise repair teams.
• Monitor and maintain company assets, including property and office equipment.
• Ensure cleanliness of factory, office, and dormitory spaces.
• Maintain landscaping and outdoor areas around the factory and accommodation.
• Organise periodic fumigation of buildings and dormitories using in‑house personnel and equipment.
• Manage local vendor purchases and control the facility budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• HND or bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Maximum age of 35 years.
• Willingness to work on‑site at the factory location on the Tema‑Aflao Road.
