Farm Manager

About the role

Jadaad Farm is looking for a dedicated Farm Manager to lead its poultry operation. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production, managing feed strategies, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the overall health and efficiency of the flock.

Key responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day poultry operations, including flock management and production monitoring.
• Plan and adjust feed schedules while tracking costs and performance.
• Maintain precise records, handle basic accounting, and generate regular reports.
• Monitor flock health, identify issues early, and coordinate with veterinarians as needed.
• Work closely with suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage inventory.
• Lead and coordinate the farm team, ensuring a professional and drama‑free work environment.

Required profile

• Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years hands‑on experience in poultry farming.
• Professional attitude with a focus on results.

Required skills

• Feed formulation and cost monitoring.
• Accurate record‑keeping and basic accounting.
• Proficiency with farm management software.
