F&B Supervisor / Restaurant Manager

About the role

AVL Holdings Ghana Limited is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Supervisor / Restaurant Manager to lead operations at its SkyPlus Hotel in Ho. The role involves overseeing daily service, ensuring high standards, and driving sales growth within a vibrant hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all food and beverage operations.
• Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high service standards.
• Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
