Field Sales Executive

About the role

I'm hiring a Field Sales Executive to drive sales growth through direct, on-the-ground customer engagement. Ideal for someone with 1–2 years of field sales experience and a proven track record of hitting targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers within assigned territory
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to meet sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct market visits to generate leads and close sales
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and track performance against targets
• Gather market and competitor intelligence from the field
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely after-sales support

Required profile

• Degree or HND in Sales and Marketing, or related field
• 1–2 years' field sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Valid driver's license (if applicable to the role)
