Field Sales Lead

About the role

The Field Sales Lead will drive enrollment and participation in Enlace’s mentorship, scholarship and educational tour programmes across Accra. Working on‑site, you will engage directly with schools, families and community partners to generate leads, present our offerings and guide prospects through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and nurture leads through outreach visits and presentations.
• Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and maintain accurate records.
• Build and sustain relationships with schools, families and local partners.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide field feedback and support campaign initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends and pipeline status.
• Travel locally within Accra to conduct field visits and events.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service orientation with empathy and responsiveness.
• Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in education services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Accra and manage time in a dynamic environment.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with negotiation skills and a track record of meeting targets.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Education or related field is preferred.
