About the role
The Fleet Safety Supervisor will develop and enforce safety procedures for company vehicles, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and promoting safe driving practices.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement fleet safety procedures.
- Monitor driver behavior, vehicle usage, speeding and compliance.
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and coordinate maintenance.
- Investigate accidents, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Organise driver safety training and analyse GPS tracking data.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Safety Management or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in fleet management or transport safety.
- Valid driving licence and practical driving experience preferred.
