Food and Beverage Manager

About the role

TG Holdings' Hospitality Division is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to lead all F&B operations across its portfolio of restaurants, bars, banquet facilities and room service. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquet and room service, ensuring consistent service delivery.
• Manage departmental budgets, monitor food and beverage costs, and drive revenue growth.
• Maintain food quality, service standards and compliance with hygiene and HACCP regulations.
• Lead recruitment, training, scheduling and performance management of F&B staff.
• Develop and implement promotions, menu innovations and business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of F&B experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong leadership orientation, commercial mindset and customer‑focused attitude.
