Graduate Trainee – Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration

About the role

The Graduate Trainee, Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration role is an entry‑level development program that gives recent graduates hands‑on experience in global recruitment processes. Working under a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks that keep the hiring lifecycle running smoothly across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate data on the OneHR Recruiting platform, ensuring real‑time accuracy and compliance.
• Generate recruitment reports and track key metrics such as Time‑to‑Fill and source effectiveness.
• Assist recruiters in building structured talent pools within SuccessFactors.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and basic phone evaluations for entry‑level and high‑volume roles.
• Organise digital assessment centres, group interviews and schedule virtual or face‑to‑face interviews via MS Teams.
• Manage calendar invites, interview guides and candidate documentation for hiring panels across different time zones.
• Provide proactive support on Talent Acquisition projects and onboarding workflows.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in Human Resources or Recruitment.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and generate reports.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with OneHR Recruiting platform.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors talent management system.
• Proficiency in using MS Teams for virtual meetings.
