Group General Manager – Dental Clinics

About the role

This full-time, on-site position in Accra leads the daily operations of multiple dental clinics within the Smile Restore network. The Group General Manager ensures efficient performance, growth, and high-quality patient care across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage clinic teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, revenue generation and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
• Design initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and patient experience.
• Collaborate with individual clinic managers to achieve organisational goals.
• Support strategic business decisions and drive overall growth.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and managerial experience, including team and organisational development.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue generation and cost control.
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and team-building.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, compliance and clinical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven experience in a managerial or operational role, preferably in healthcare or service industries.
