Growth Operations Lead

About the role

Uber Ghana is looking for an energetic, results‑oriented Growth Operations Lead to expand its network of transport service providers across the country. You will work on the ground, building relationships with drivers, agents and community partners while driving measurable business growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead service‑provider acquisition through field activities, community programmes and strategic partnerships.
• Manage and optimise third‑party agent and referral networks, designing incentives and monitoring conversion rates.
• Plan and execute on‑the‑ground activations such as roadshows, outreach events and promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate branding and visibility initiatives across operational locations and partner networks.
• Develop growth strategies for underserved and emerging markets, forging local partnerships to increase platform adoption.
• Analyse acquisition metrics, campaign performance and operational KPIs to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, community leaders and field agents to ensure successful execution of growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales, business development, growth or commercial operations.
• At least 5 years of overall professional experience post‑national service.
• Experience in technology, transportation, logistics, mobility, telecommunications or fintech is a plus.
