Head of Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Operations to lead daily activities across finance, IT, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will design policies, drive customer service excellence, and implement technology solutions that keep the organization productive and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate business strategy together with the executive team.
• Design and enforce policies aligned with overall corporate strategy.
• Implement efficient processes and standards across all functions.
• Coordinate customer service operations to improve retention.
