Head of Sales

About the role

As Head of Sales you will steer multiple sales teams—including CSRs, inbound/outbound squads and sales agents—to accelerate growth and exceed ambitious revenue targets. You will set the strategic vision, inspire high performance, and ensure flawless execution across regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage several sales teams, driving individual and collective success.
• Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that surpass organisational revenue goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, customers and partners to secure long‑term opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee accurate logging of all sales activities in HubSpot CRM for reporting and pipeline management.
• Represent Tap&Hop at industry events, exhibitions and conferences to strengthen brand presence.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to boost process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of proven success in senior sales leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire high‑performing sales teams.
• Strong business development and stakeholder relationship management experience.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• In‑depth knowledge of market dynamics, trends and competitive landscape.
