About the role
The Head, Social Innovation & Change leads Standard Weave Cares, overseeing the design, implementation and evaluation of its social innovation programmes to fulfil the organisation’s mission.
Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and management of Standard Weave Cares.
- Develop, implement and evaluate social innovation programmes.
- Ensure alignment of programmes with the organisation’s mission and strategic objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform programme design.
- Report on programme outcomes and present findings to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Degree in social work, psychology, business administration or a related field.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in social impact or programme management.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work under strict deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Effective web research and use of public and private databases.
