About the role
Twyford is expanding its fleet and workshop team in Takoradi/Shama, Western Region, and is hiring 7 experienced heavy-duty vehicle mechanics. The role keeps trucks and heavy-duty vehicles safe and on the road.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions and brakes
- Service and repair hydraulic and auto-electrical systems
- Carry out planned preventive maintenance on the truck fleet
- Record repairs and flag safety issues promptly
Required profile
- 3+ years repairing trucks and heavy-duty vehicles
- NVTI / TVET certificate is an advantage
- Commitment to workshop safety

Pay is GHS 5,000 to 7,000 per month. Selection is by a practical diagnostic test in the workshop. Applications are made through the online form; enquiries only by phone. The closing date is 25 November 2026.
