Warehouse Manager

About the role

The Warehouse Manager will be independently responsible for the daily operations of the finished‑goods warehouse, covering receiving, shipping, system accounting, planning coordination and team management. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams, foreign‑related departments and the forklift crew, and involves a 12‑hour shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, inventory accounting and planning coordination.
• Conduct daily 6S inspections and provide training, guidance and assessment to warehouse staff.
• Coordinate with forklift, receiving, shipping and data teams to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.
• Facilitate communication between import/export, personnel, security, production workshops, transportation and planning departments.
• Analyze abnormalities, develop solutions and implement corrective actions within the core management scope.
• Proactively identify, report and resolve problems, taking initiative rather than reacting passively.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing warehouse operations in large factories or companies, familiar with logistics, planning, production, warehousing and shipping processes.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shift system, including night shifts.
• Experience leading a team of at least 50 employees and motivating grassroots staff.
• Strong adherence to company procedures, capable of developing work plans and prioritising tasks.
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing multiple warehouses or storage areas, coordinating personnel, vehicles and equipment.
