About the role
The Housekeeping Attendant will ensure guest rooms and public areas at MENISH HOTEL are clean, safe, and welcoming. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Ejisu, serving the Kumasi & Ashanti Region.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and common spaces daily.
- Make beds, dust, vacuum, mop floors and replenish guest supplies.
- Handle laundry duties: washing, drying, folding and storing linens.
- Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team.
- Interact courteously with guests, respond to requests and follow established cleaning procedures.
Required profile
- Ability to perform housekeeping and laundry tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
- Good organisational skills to manage time and supplies.
- Reliability, punctuality and flexibility to work weekends, holidays and rotating shifts.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend and lift moderate loads for extended periods.
