Housekeeping Manager

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will lead all housekeeping operations at the Best Western Plus Accra Beach Hotel, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort across rooms and public areas. This role combines operational oversight with team leadership to deliver an exceptional hospitality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily cleaning standards for guest rooms and public areas, ensuring timely room readiness.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and control inventory of linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
• Recruit, train, and supervise housekeeping staff, fostering a motivated and efficient team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 5 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and service‑driven personality.
