HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The HR Business Partner Manager will act as a strategic HR advisor to the plant’s management team, aligning people initiatives with operational goals across production, supply chain, quality, engineering and other functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies that support the plant’s business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition and recruitment pipelines to meet production needs.
• Manage employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Drive performance management processes, KPI setting, reviews and improvement plans.
• Support compensation design, salary reviews, market benchmarking and incentive programs.
• Identify training needs, coordinate onboarding, technical and leadership development programs.
• Promote employee engagement, conduct surveys and implement action plans.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or senior HR professional in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations and performance management.
• Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration and learning & development practices.
• Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills to influence and collaborate with cross‑functional leaders.
