HR Manager (Hotel Industry)

About the role

The Aqua Safari Resort is looking for an HR Manager to drive its people development agenda within the hotel environment. The role involves shaping HR strategy, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting all staff across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a progressive HR strategy and corporate policies that promote unity, teamwork and a strong corporate culture.
• Manage workplace industrial relations and develop a recruitment plan to attract quality service providers.
• Create and oversee staff development programmes, compensation schemes and performance‑based assessment tools.
• Collaborate with departmental heads to set targets, plan training initiatives and implement in‑house welfare policies.

Required profile

• At least one year of HR experience, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• A degree in Human Resources, Administration, Social Psychology or related fields; post‑graduate HR qualifications are a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with creative problem‑solving skills.
