HR Manager

About the role

The HR Manager will lead all human‑resource functions for a fast‑growing retail, fashion and FMCG company operating in Accra and Tema. You will be responsible for attracting talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all human‑resource operations of the company.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for sales representatives, warehouse loaders, drivers, and office clerks.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth integration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and personnel files.
• Collate and prepare payroll data for salary processing.
• Mediate and resolve employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, supporting improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace regulations, and Ghana labour laws.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Handle routine office administrative duties and provide general administrative support.
• Work closely with management to promote a positive and productive work environment.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience (minimum 5 years) in human resources.
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment for sales, warehouse, logistics and office roles.
• Strong knowledge of Ghana labour law and HR compliance.
