HR Manager

About the role

Aqua Safari Resort is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the people development agenda within its HR department. The role focuses on designing strategic HR initiatives, fostering a collaborative culture, and supporting all staff members.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a progressive HR strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Develop and enforce policies that promote unity, teamwork, and a strong corporate culture.
• Manage workplace industrial relations to benefit all employees.
• Create a recruitment plan to attract high‑quality service providers.
• Design and run a dynamic staff development programme.
• Assist in rolling out innovative compensation schemes.
• Collaborate with departments to set and achieve departmental targets.
• Implement performance‑based assessment and appraisal tools.
• Plan and deliver training programmes at all levels.
• Introduce in‑house staff welfare policies.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience, preferably in the hotel industry.
• A degree in HR, Administration, Social Psychology or related fields.
• Professional HR qualifications from recognized postgraduate institutions are a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Solution‑oriented, creative problem‑solver with a flexible personality.
