About the role
The Human Resources Shared Services Specialist provides operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, handling reporting, records, learning, benefits, attendance and vendor coordination to enable data‑driven decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports and dashboards, monitor KPIs and provide workforce insights.
- Administer employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, transfers, promotions and exits while ensuring policy compliance.
- Coordinate training logistics, manage learning administration, track attendance and gather participant feedback.
- Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships, monitor service delivery and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and provide payroll‑related information for timely salary processing.
- Keep confidential, up‑to‑date employee records and supply HR data for audits, regulatory compliance and business decisions.
- Coordinate outsourced workforce administration, monitor agency headcount and costs, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Track and report employee leave and absence records, ensuring policy compliance and delivering insights to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Administration or Shared Services.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes and employee‑lifecycle management.
- Experience in HR reporting, data analysis and HR systems management.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving abilities.
