HR & Supply Coordinator for Supermarket Operations

About the role
We are looking for a proactive and well‑organized professional to combine human‑resources administration with the coordination of product supply to supermarkets. The role bridges staff management and logistics, ensuring smooth operations from order placement to payment reconciliation.
Key responsibilities
- Handle staff administration, onboarding, and general HR matters.
- Coordinate supermarket orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment.
- Prepare invoices and maintain accurate sales, stock, and payment records.
- Follow up on customer payments and assist with basic account reconciliation.
- Maintain strong relationships with supermarket representatives.
- Prepare regular supply and financial reports for management.
Required profile
- Qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing and financial record‑keeping.
- Experience in supermarket supply, FMCG distribution or retail operations is an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
