Human Resource Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and drive the organization’s talent strategy. The role will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining compliance with all employment regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute HR and talent strategies aligned with current and future workforce needs.
• Provide guidance to HR generalists, managers, and staff on complex, sensitive issues such as accommodations, investigations, and terminations.
• Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for managerial, exempt, and professional positions.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends and propose competitive pay programs to attract and retain talent.
• Design and deliver learning and development initiatives that support employee growth.
• Oversee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and termination processes.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
• Stay informed on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in human resource management.
• Residence in or around Kpone Barrier or Community 25, Accra.
