HV Termination Technician

About the role
We are seeking an HV Termination Technician to carry out high‑voltage cable terminations, testing and commissioning at project sites across Ghana and West Africa. The role operates under the supervision of the Electrical Superintendent and requires strict adherence to safety and isolation procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Perform high‑voltage (HV) cable terminations on site.
- Conduct testing and commissioning of HV installations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, isolation and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the electrical team and report progress to the Electrical Superintendent.
- Travel to project locations, primarily Obuasi and other sites in Ghana and West Africa.
Required profile
- Trade or NVTI certification in Electrical Installation or Power Systems.
- Proven experience in HV terminations and testing.
- Strong knowledge of safety and isolation procedures.
- Ability to work on‑site and travel to multiple project locations.
