Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing platform that helps brands scale through influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, paid advertising, and content‑driven growth. The Influencer Marketing Manager will identify, recruit, and manage influencer relationships that drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and recruit influencers across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Conduct outreach and build relationships with creators and talent managers.
• Negotiate partnership terms and campaign deliverables.
• Manage influencer onboarding and campaign execution.
• Maintain influencer databases and outreach pipelines.
• Track partnership performance and campaign results.
• Develop strategies to increase influencer engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and client teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, business development, or creator management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with influencer outreach and relationship management.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Preferred: marketing agency experience, affiliate marketing experience, work with U.S.‑based brands and influencers, and use of influencer discovery/outreach tools.

• Base salary of $400 per month.
