Instructional Designer

About the role

Enlace Education Services is seeking a full‑time Instructional Designer to join its team in Accra. You will create, develop, and evaluate learning materials that support mentorship programs, educational tours, and scholarship‑related training, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with the organization’s goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify learning gaps for diverse learner groups.
• Design curricula, lesson plans, and both digital and print learning resources.
• Collaborate with mentors, program coordinators, and subject‑matter experts to ensure content relevance and inclusivity.
• Monitor learner outcomes, gather feedback, and refine instructional strategies.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of learning management processes and tools.

Required profile

• Strong ability to perform needs analysis and manage learning programs.
• Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Background in training and development, with a focus on facilitating sessions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to various age groups and educational backgrounds.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Studies, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Willingness to work on‑site in Accra and collaborate with diverse students, families, and colleagues.
