Insurance Sales Marketer – Client Acquisition & Promotion

About the role

The Insurance Sales Marketer will work from our North Industrial Area office in Accra, combining on‑site client interaction with remote prospecting activities. You will be responsible for introducing our insurance products to potential customers, explaining coverage options in clear language, and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective clients through lead generation, networking and prospecting.
• Present insurance products, explain benefits and coverage, and answer client questions.
• Schedule, attend and follow up on client meetings, maintaining accurate sales records.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to refine promotional strategies and create basic marketing materials.
• Achieve agreed‑upon sales targets and provide ongoing support to policyholders.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer relationship abilities, with a proven capacity to build trust and close deals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining insurance concepts.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple client interactions and documentation.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for client‑facing activities.
• Minimum senior high school certificate; diploma, HND or degree in marketing, business or related field is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn and ethical, inclusive approach to selling.
