Interior Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Interior Designer to develop functional, client‑focused design concepts for a variety of projects. The role involves translating client needs into innovative interior solutions while ensuring compliance with architectural and building standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts that balance aesthetics, functionality, and client preferences.
• Perform space planning to optimise layout, comfort, safety and circulation.
• Produce accurate construction drawings and technical documentation for contractors and project teams.
• Specify and coordinate furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials and finishes (FF&E).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and clients to integrate interior design with structural requirements.
• Manage multiple projects, maintain timelines and ensure high‑quality deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong interior design skills with a portfolio of creative, client‑centred projects.
• Proven ability to produce detailed construction drawings and technical documents.
• Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards and construction practices in Ghana is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑facing abilities.
