International Business Development Manager – Beverage Ingredients

About the role

We are looking for an International Business Development Manager to drive the expansion of our beverage ingredient portfolio across your home market and neighboring regions. You will act as the primary point of contact for distributors, wholesalers, and beverage brands, promoting our non‑dairy creamers, fruit concentrates, jams, purees, powders, and customized ingredient solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, restaurant groups, beverage manufacturers, and tea/coffee chains.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and provide feedback to headquarters.
• Present product solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to post‑sale support.
• Prepare regular sales reports and market intelligence updates.
• Coordinate with the China headquarters to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and the local language of your market.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Passion for sales and interest in the food & beverage, tea, coffee, or ingredient industry.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently.
• Recent graduates and early‑career professionals are encouraged to apply.
