IT Infrastructure Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team and ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our corporate IT environment. You will work closely with internal users and external vendors to keep servers, networks, and cloud services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.
• Monitor and manage LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, and switches.
• Implement system security measures, antivirus management, data protection, and backup operations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, email systems, and access controls.
• Perform routine upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud services.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support.
• Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a System Engineer, Network Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and/or Linux administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
