About the role
The organisation, a reputable non‑bank financial institution, is seeking an IT Officer to join its technology team in Accra. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining the institution’s computer network and VoIP telephone infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, design, deploy and administer computer network systems and VoIP devices.
- Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls and network printers.
- Perform network cable termination and manage PABX systems.
- Administer Microsoft Windows Server services including DHCP, DNS and Active Directory Users and Computers.
Required profile
- Ambitious and technically inclined individual, aged 20‑30.
- Hold certifications in networking and telephone services.
