Junior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team in Accra. You will support day‑to‑day accounting operations and help ensure the accuracy of our financial records while gaining exposure to budgeting, tax, and reporting processes within the tourism and travel sector.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and related journal entries.
• Prepare financial reports and perform account reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning activities.
• Support tax‑related documentation and filing.
• Provide general assistance on other accounting and finance duties as required.

Required profile

• National Service graduate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail, high integrity, and professionalism.
• Good organizational, analytical, and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
