About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our Accra office on a full‑time basis. The role supports senior architects in creating design concepts, preparing documentation, and coordinating project timelines to deliver high‑quality built environments.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior architects in developing architectural designs and drawings.
- Prepare design plans, sketches, and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate design intent with engineering and construction requirements.
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Interact with clients to gather requirements and present design proposals.
Required profile
- Degree in Architecture and Interior Design.
- Understanding of Ghanaian building codes and regulations is a plus.
- Strong creative, technical and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
