Junior Developer – National Service Personnel

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Developer to join Integra’s technology team as a National Service Personnel. You will work alongside senior developers to design, build and maintain software solutions for financial‑services clients, gaining hands‑on experience in a client‑facing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Write clean, well‑documented, testable code under senior guidance.
• Participate in technical discussions, sprint planning and code reviews.
• Support debugging, troubleshooting and performance optimisation of existing systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers and cross‑functional teams.
• Engage professionally with clients during delivery phases.
• Maintain documentation and follow agreed development processes and standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0–2 years of professional development experience (internships count).
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid environment and travel to client sites when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, C# or JavaScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases and SQL.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
