Junior DevOps Engineer (Part‑time, On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team on a part‑time, on‑site basis in Legon. You will help build and maintain our infrastructure, automate deployments, and ensure smooth integration of development tools.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for cloud and on‑premise resources.
• Set up, configure and manage Linux servers and related services.
• Automate deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.
• Support containerization workflows with Docker and orchestrate workloads using Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply fixes promptly.
• Collaborate with developers to streamline CI/CD processes and improve overall reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field (or ongoing studies).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in Legon.
• Demonstrated ingenuity in using AI tools to drive automation.
