About the role

Adaptive Computer Solutions Limited, a software development services company serving corporate clients, is hiring a part-time on-site Junior DevOps Engineer based in Legon. The engineer manages infrastructure as code, software development processes, continuous integration pipelines and system administration tasks.

Key responsibilities

Manage infrastructure as code (IaC)
Manage software development processes and continuous integration pipelines
Handle system administration tasks, including setting up and maintaining Linux servers
Automate deployment processes
Ensure seamless integration of various software tools

Required profile

Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field is preferred
Ability to work effectively on-site in Legon
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required skills

Foundational knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and system administration
Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and Kubernetes
CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
Linux proficiency
Ingenuity and proper use of AI tools to drive automation
