Key Account Executive – Pharma Sales

About the role

As a Key Account Executive at Shalina Healthcare Ghana, you will drive strategic initiatives to raise awareness and generate demand for our pharmaceutical products. You will ensure continuous product availability across hospitals, clinics, and tender processes, acting as a vital link between the company and healthcare institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer segmentation for hospitals and clinics in line with company guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date databases of hospitals and clinics to capture and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Provide the latest product information to medical practitioners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and pharmacists.
• Present and discuss company products during face‑to‑face meetings or group presentations.
• Analyse market insights for each institution to achieve short‑term and long‑term business objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimise market penetration and incorporate feedback.
• Adhere to corporate policies and conduct all activities with integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
