Lead, Analytics Developer

About the role

The Lead, Analytics Developer will head the design, development and delivery of analytics solutions that enable strategic decision‑making across the Group. Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, the role combines BI development, data visualization and deep banking knowledge to turn business requirements into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and standardise KPIs, reporting frameworks and dashboard structures for the entire organisation.
• Lead end‑to‑end BI solution delivery, from data modelling to visualisation, ensuring usability and performance.
• Design and build high‑quality Power BI dashboards and reports that support financial reporting, regulatory compliance and performance management.
• Partner with business leaders to identify analytics opportunities that improve efficiency and decision‑making.
• Maintain robust semantic and dimensional data models and enforce data validation and quality‑assurance processes.
• Collaborate closely with data‑engineering and platform teams to align data pipelines with analytics outputs.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading BI and analytics projects in a banking or financial services environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of self‑service analytics and data‑visualisation best practices.
