Lead Spa Host

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Spa Host to join our Accra team at Nami Beauty. The role goes beyond front‑desk duties; you will own daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining high standards for staff and the spa environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track daily and weekly sales, lead initiatives to meet targets, and implement loyalty programs.
• Support front‑of‑house staff, handle client concerns promptly, and uphold Nami’s brand values.
• Manage, mentor, and evaluate technicians, hosts, and assistants; conduct weekly check‑ins and performance feedback.
• Oversee day‑to‑day branch operations, enforce internal policies, and maintain brand consistency.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on performance, sales, and client experience.
• Monitor petty cash, staff expenses, salaries, and inventory purchases; keep financial records up to date.
• Identify operational gaps and propose proactive solutions.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of team‑management experience in retail, spa, beauty, or hospitality.
• Professional, friendly, humble, and thorough with strong emotional intelligence.
• Goal‑driven, KPI‑focused, and able to work independently.
• Available full‑time, on‑site at least six days a week.
